Breast: Broad and low, carried somewhat forward.
Back: Broad at the shoulders, slightly sloping.
Wings: Medium in length and well closed.
Tail: Medium in length, closed, slightly
sloping.
Feet and Legs: Short, clean legged or medium to
heavily muffed; muffed with well developed hock
feathers.
Feathers: Thick and full, tight fitting.
Colors: Black, blue, red, and yellow, all with
white bars or spangled.
Colors and Markings: The black, red, and yellow
shall be intense and lustrous; the blues are light and
even colored. The white barred shall be small, long, and
free of rust; black spangled may be with or without
finch markings.
Order of Evaluation: Overall impression - body
shape and size - markings - muffs - beak and eye color.
